Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. This applies if the product and its original packaging are in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additional charges may apply if the return doesn't meet these criteria. Contact Vigorix Health to obtain the return address.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you've received the wrong product or an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at hello@vigorichealth.com within 14 days for assistance. We reserve the right to refuse returns made after this timeframe.

Initiating Returns: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date and require a valid order number. Certain items, like 7-serve, 10-serve and 30 serve steeped bag coffees and sale items, including bundled products, are non-returnable. Ensure you include a note inside your return package with your order number and full name. Indicate your preference for a refund or exchange on the note. Refunds/exchanges are processed only after Vigorix Health receives the return.

Delivery Costs: We cannot refund the original postage costs paid on returned items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow time for funds to clear based on your financial institution and payment method. We can only refund the product cost and cannot reimburse initial delivery fees, including customs costs, import taxes, and international duties.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale event are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, gift card, or store credit. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we cannot make changes after shipping.

International Orders: Orders outside of Australia and New Zealand are considered international orders and may be subject to import duties and taxes, collected upon delivery. You are responsible for these charges. Vigorix Health is not liable for any duties or taxes related to orders. Import charges are based on various factors, so please consult your local customs office for details.
